Rising from the ashes of Terraplane, guitarist Luke Morley and drummer Harry 'H' Aitken founded a band called Thunder. The album Back Street Symphony is the end result, and a very impressive result too.

Until My Dying Day begins with gentle acoustic guitar before erupting into high-octane blues. The title track Back Street Symphony conveys a swagger of confidence. Daniel Bowes is a real find – melodic vocals with a bluesy inflection.
Also impressive is Gimme Some Lovin' albeit a cover.
Produced by Andy Taylor of Duran Duran fame (he also plays 12-string guitar on one track), this splatter should be snapped up by any self-respecting rock fan.
