Three-piece band AWOL are fronted by female vocalist Max Perri, alongside founder member Clive Minzaga on drums and Dave Goodes on guitar. They have been on the circuit for a year now writing and arranging material which they have recently been airing in and round London.
Whilst their brand of music leans very much towards mainstream rock, Max Perri's soulful vocals keep them away from being typecast and broaden their appeal considerably. Their debut "Money Talks" is available on 12 inch through the MCM label and the band look set to start touring the UK this month. Check them out readers!
