The fourth issue of Riff Raff hit the news stands in April 1990 with some guy with a guitar on the cover, selling for the princely sum of £1.50 (around £3.57 in today's money). It was a fold-0ut poster with 8 "pages" on the other side (cover, back cover, 2 pages of tour dates, and 4 pages of live reviews - 10 reviews in all).
Editorial was by Mark Crampton, Mark Liddell, Simon Robinson, Julie Wilby, and Roger Evans. with pictures by Nigel Hinkes, Mark Termeer. and Dave Clark.
